Koh Phangan is located in the Gulf of Thailand and is surrounded by world class dive sites with huge biodiversity. Rainbow coloured coral reefs, turtles, whale sharks, groupers, sting rays and more. Koh Phangan really does have it all!
Sail Rock is the most popular dive site in the area. Sail Rock is located 45 km north of Koh Samui, between Koh Tao and Koh Phangan. The site features a pinnacle 15m/49ft above and 35m/115ft below the ocean’s surface. There are a number of smaller pinnacles scattered around the area. Also, not forgetting the world famous Chimney. This is a large vertical swim through. Starting from 18m/59ft below the surface and exiting at 12m/39ft and 6m/19ft depths.
While fun diving around the island, you also have the choice of other great dive sites to explore. Including Haad Salad, Haad Yao, Coco Reef and Koh Ma.
